Ata Tara is a Lecturer in Landscape Architecture at RMIT University and a registered landscape architect and landscape planner with additional qualifications in architecture. He has experience in design and planning for regional to local landscape assessments, scenic quality evaluations, spatial analysis and nature-based solutions. He has a particular interest in evidence-based and measurable approaches to assessing different aspects of urban to regional landscapes. His practice (TRACE Visual) is focused on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), landscape planning, spatial analysis and GIS.
